My Local Ads CRM PlaybookHere are some starter tips to help you make the most of your CRM during your trial period.

  • Use 'Conversations' to start chatting with customers & leads. Make sure your centralized inbox is configured in 'Settings > Integrations'. Make sure all integrations are connected.


  • Purchase tracking phone numbers in 'Settings > Phone Numbers' to monitor and record incoming and outgoing phone calls from various sources (e.g. Google Ads, Website, Truck Wrap, etc).


  • Import your customer information in 'Contacts' via a .CSV (file) to start marketing to them with your CRM.


  • Configure your CRM's Google Review requests in the 'Reputation Management' settings to request more Google Reviews.


  • Set up your 'Pipelines' for each sales source and create pipeline stages according to your company's sales process to keep track of 'Opportunities' ie. Sales.


  • Use the 'Social Media Planner' to put your social media efforts on auto-pilot by uploading images of your work and scheduling posts.


  • Launch 'Email Campaigns' to ask old and new customers for referrals. Great way to capture additional sales!
