How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

PLEASE BEWARE: Each service that someone purchases from My Local Ads is a separate subscription and needs to be cancelled individually! For example, if you cancel your CRM subscription, but you do not cancel your active Advertising service with us, your CRM subscription & account will be cancelled, but your Ad campaigns will remain active & will continue to spend.



How To Cancel My Active Service Subscription(s)

Make sure you are logged into your My Local Ads CRM account, then visit Change Active Service(s) (in your left-hand sidebar bottom) > complete the form.


Please make sure to describe which of your active service(s) you are trying to change or cancel.



How To Cancel My CRM Subscription

Make sure you are logged into your My Local Ads CRM account, then visit Settings> Company Billing. Click on the 'Modify Subscription' button to change the status of your My Local Ads Subscription.


Modifying your subscription can be used for both, upgrading and cancelling your My Local Ads Account.


Upon clicking Cancel, you will see the following confirmation popup:


Once you've clicked on Confirm Cancellation, you will see this message:


After cancelling your subscription, your account will be paused and you will see this message whenever you try to access your My Local Ads CRM Account:

You can reactivate your My Local Ads CRM Account by clicking the 'Reactivate Account' button whenever you try to log in. You will also have the option to change your payment methods if required.
