  • Make Calls: $0.026/Min
  • Receive Calls: $0.017/Min
  • Text Messages: $0.015/SMS
  • Email: $0.0014/Email
  • Commercial Tracking Number: $4/Month
  • Local Tracking Number: $2/Month



1. What is SaaS Wallet?


To charge the My Local Ads CRM user for SMS, Calls, Emails, tracking phone numbers, the CRM system uses the user's wallet. My Local Ads recharges the user's wallet using the user's credit card which adds messaging credits to the location wallet. Each time a message/ email is sent, call is made, or a phone number is purchased, the wallet credits are debited.


Please note: 

Some charges in the wallet may appear after 6 - 24 hours.


The user's wallet is recharged when it reaches the minimum balance set in the Company Billing settings. The user's card is attached to the wallet for all charges, upon creating their My Local Ads CRM Account. The credit card in the wallet can be changed at any time, and multiple credit cards can be added at the same time. The system requires a 'Primary Card' on file.


2. Where can the wallet be accessed from?


The wallet is found in the Subaccount Settings > Company Billing

You can view the wallet transaction history from Settings > Company Billing > Credits > See Details:






4. How to recharge my wallet?


The wallet can be recharged in several ways.


1. Auto Recharge Settings


In the Company Billing > Credits section, you can find the auto recharge settings with 2 options. The amount entered in the 'Auto Recharge with' field will be added to the wallet each time the balance is lower than the amount set in the 'when balance lower than' field.





2. Add Credit Balance Manually


Using the 'Add Balance' button in Company Billing, you can recharge the client's wallet. This method will charge the client's primary card added in the Company Billing settings




 

5. How to change my credit card on file (for SaaS Wallet)


Using the 'Add Card' button in Company Billing, you can change your credit card on file for the SaaS wallet. Make sure that you always have 1 primary credit card on file.
