How To Customize Review Request Messages (SMS/Email)

In this article, we will cover how to turn on and customize the review messages for Email/ SMS review requests. This can be found in the sub-account Settings > Reputation Management tab

Please Note:

All location users regardless of admin or user permissions will recieve a system generated review email every time a new review comes in.
