How Do I Create A Support Portal Account?

Please Follow The Steps Below:


Please beware your My Local Ads CRM account login is a separate login from your My Local Ads Help Center login. To use the My Local Ads Support Portal make sure to create your separate Support Portal account after signing up for My Local Ads.



  1. Visit the My Local Ads Support Portal at https://mylocalads.freshdesk.com/support/home
  2. On desktop, click the button 'Sign Up' at the top right of the home page.
    On mobile, click the 'Menu' at the top right of the home page.
  3. Use your full name, and email to create your My Local Ads Support Portal account.

  4. Login using your new account.
