Placement exclusions allow you to precisely define which websites, apps, or channels you don’t want your ads to appear on.
These exclusions are useful when Google gets its targeting wrong and decides to display your ads on unrelated websites.

How to exclude websites -
Select the tools and setting on the top menu. From the drop-down menu, you need to select the placement exclusions list as shown below.
Once you’ve reached the placement exclusion lists, you’ll need to create a new list from scratch. To do this click the blue button on the top left and select new list.
Next, you’ll have to select ‘Enter multiple placements’ at the bottom which will allow you to paste in as many or as few placements as you wish.
Once all the domains have been added, you’ll have to name the list at the top so you can apply it to display campaigns going forward.
